	2002 Revenue $500,000 Earn profit before tax of $90,000. Increase active store count to 20, an increase of 25% over 2001. Outsource 50% of production by 9/31/02. Add three new designs; 2 ready-to-wear, 1 gallery collectible, adding $50,000 in new sales. Hold production labor to no greater than 18% of revenue Attend at least six trade/trunk shows in 2002, yielding $90,000 in incremental sales.
	Design products with multiple price points, having affordable products available at $150 - $200. Build network & professional relationships within fashion and garment industry. Outsource ready-to-wear lines, reserve personal time to create one-of-a-kind garments. Develop professional team for production and operation of business. Cultivate relationships with upscale clients for referrals and shows. Explore avenues to entertainment industry for costume and personal clients.
	Hire interns/apprentices for in-house production and office work by 2/2. Develop budget and plans for capital needs for business 2/20. Submit 10 applications for retail and wholesale craft fairs 2/28. Complete 2 ready-to-wear designs for show in Aspen in April. Continue to send garments to consignment galleries where advantageous. Attend three trunk shows: New York, Santa Fe and Carmel. Present portfolio for publication in major fashion magazines by 9/30. Complete redesign of display booths for 2003 fairs by November 30th.
