Cathy Caserza Light is an Organizational
Architect & Sr. Advisor to Boards and CEOs. She left corporate
America in 1998 and has since founded three bay area companies
– Business Builders LLC., Assessment Leaders, and HR Leaders.
Cathy is passionate about “priceless” leadership
and specializes in creating the right strategies, culture, and
processes for startup and emerging growth companies to achieve
business and workforce success. She is recognized as a successful
entrepreneur and marketing executive with global experience
in a cross-section of markets and industries. She is a nationally
recognized speaker engaging and motivating her audiences on
topics such as: Driving Innovation, Building a High-Performance
Team; 21st Century Leadership; Using Assessments to Improve
Hiring and Organizational Performance, and How to Create Stakeholder

Partner
Michele Ellie Ahi joined our firm in 2008 as our CTO/CIO advisor.
She brings several years of experience in Project Management
as an Engineering executive. She is able to take visionary ideas
or product specifications and design the most effective way
of managing it. Ellie has successfully built and managed several
projects including some that involved a global team. She is
an energizer and communicator who enjoys helping her clients
develop their projects strategies, enhance their internal/external
communications, and enhance overall project management process
cycle, especially when it involves outsourced resources. Her
graduate degree in Engineering Management and Teaching Global
Economy and Projects has led to her expertise in effective Global
Project Development Management, providing companies with higher
productivity per employee, reduced project cost without outsourcing,
and higher revenue generation simply by placing the right employee

Members
Theresa
Oatman, CEP, is the company’s resident stock plan expert
and is responsible for all client equity compensation engagements
and maintenance of the customer stock plans. Her in-depth knowledge
managing and tracking shareholder equity, combined with her
ability to drive complex stock administration projects to a
successful completion was invaluable during the global vesting
of Packeteer,Inc.’s first restricted stock units. Prior,
Theresa has spent over twenty years handling employee benefit
programs and has worked with numerous start-ups, private and
public companies in Silicon Valley. She earned her Certified
Professional designation from Santa Clara University in 2001.
