Caserza-Light has several years of experience as a marketing
executive. She is able to take ideas to commercialization
with multi-million dollar successes. Cathy is an energizing speaker
and motivator who enjoys helping her clients develop their marketing

and enhance organizational effectiveness. Her graduate degree
in Human Resources and Organizational Development has led to her
expertise in human capital assessments, providing companies with
higher productivity per employee, reduced employee turnover and
